Clutter to Clarity follows strict guidelines to keep clients and staff safe during the on-going pandemic. Staff will always wear masks in your home and will not go through with an appointment if they are experiencing symptoms or have been exposed to the virus. If you or someone you have been in contact with is experiencing symptoms or has been exposed to the virus, you must cancel your appointment. Anyone in the home must wear a mask during the duration of your appointment (with the exception of small children). Clutter to Clarity reserves the right to prematurely end or to cancel an appointment to protect the safety and health of both clients and staff.
Appointment cancellations must be received by Clutter to Clarity (via email or phone) 48 hours prior to your appointment start time. Failure to provide 48 hours of notice for cancellation will result in a charge equal to 25% of the quoted appointment amount.
Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. Should you not contact Clutter to Clarity for your scheduled session (via email or phone), the session is forfeited and will not be reimbursed.
FORFEIT OF APPOINTMENT
Clients whose homes are deemed unsafe or non-habitable forfeit their appointment and may be charged the full cost of the appointment. Non-habitable or unsafe conditions may include but are not limited to: water being shut-off, rodents or infestations, presence of bodily fluids, staff being locked out.
USING OUR SITE
You may use the Clutter to Clarity site and services only as permitted by law. Clutter to Clarity has the right to suspend or terminate your access if you don’t comply with the policies or if we are investigating alleged misconduct.
Clutter to Clarity may send you announcements and other important information in connection with your use of this site. You may opt out of some of these communications at any time.
